REFUNDS, REPLACEMENTS, AND RETURNSREFUNDS

If you wish to cancel a purchase before the design phase has begun, a full refund will be available. If you wish to cancel a
purchase after the design phase has begun, we cannot guarantee a refund. Each refund request after the design phase has begun will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Refunds can be partial or full, depending on the situation. Please contact us ASAP if you wish you cancel your purchase.

Flying from back of vehicels
​
Banners are single sided, flags are double sided, banners/flags are made for backdrop, flagpole and/or store front displays, if you are a truck/car/boat/motorcycle etc…..owner and your intention is to fly from the back of the vehicle, banners/flags will not withstand high winds. If you plan to do so anyway, you do so at your own risk.

PHYSICAL ITEM REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
. If you wish to cancel a physical product purchase after the design phase has begun, we cannot guarantee a refund. Each refund request after the production phase has begun will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Refunds can be partial or full, depending on the situation. Please contact us ASAP if you wish you cancel your physical product purchase. Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your items were delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a replacement order, your items must have been damaged or defective as a result of how we manufactured or packaged the items. Photos/videos may be requested so that we can assess the damage and determine the causes. Any damages or discrepancies as a result of the shipping carrier's handling of the package shall be directed towards the shipping carrier. We suggest filing a claim for damaged goods caused by the shipping carrier. We are not liable for any damages caused by the shipping carrier. We are also not liable for any packages lost by the shipping carrier. We do not guarantee to refund damaged items, though we will strive to resolve each issue on a case-by-case basis.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchased items back to us without a specific request. In many cases, photos/videos of the damages are sufficient.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your pictures/videos or returned items are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received/inspected your photos/videos or returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping us a return item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You understand that some of these products although may designed by us some products may not be Manufactured in the United States and that some products Canopy Frames. Poles, Banners, Flags , Side Walls, Cable covers backdrops etc... Are manufactured overseas such as China, Taiwan etc...

SECTION 21 - ADDITIONAL TERMS

All design services are initiated at the time of purchase. Prior communication between us and you regarding the design may occur, though it is not necessary in the service process. Upon purchase of the design service, we intend, but do not guarantee, to have the design finished and shipped to you in 14-21 business days. Active, collaborative communication between us and you is not required, but strongly encouraged. If you insist we have full control over the design, we will gain all pertinent information from you in regard to important elements of the design. Additional required payments and refunds may occur in this situation. You agree with our policies regarding privacy, refunds, and replacements. You agree to not hold us liable if a breach of privacy or information security occurs that is caused by hackers, . You agree to not hold us liable for any event that compromises your information and/or privacy. You agree that you become the copyright holder of the intellectual property we design for you once the design is delivered. We hereby transfer all rights to you when we complete the delivery process. You agree to not hold us liable for any copyright infringements you may face from third parties. We only use royalty free art, fonts, etc, but this does not mean a third party won't seek legal action against you based on the design that you now own the rights to.
